We are seeking an Acquisition Marketing Analyst that will focus on creating and maintaining campaigns using Google Ads Suite for eCommerce businesses. This analyst will also gain experience in retention, UX design, and eCommerce strategy. You will work directly with Maze's partners to manage Google Ads campaigns, create strategies, report results, and optimize for leading eCommerce brands. Applicants should have high attention to detail as well as an interest in marketing and analytics.


  • Assist the Paid Acquisition Team in the creation and implementation of paid social, paid search, shopping, and display campaign best practices for clients
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled paid media campaigns
  • Manage and optimize ongoing paid media campaigns
  • Create and update reporting slide decks and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot bugs and identify discrepancies within campaigns and reports
  • Understand nuances of conversion tracking
  • Occasional client interaction in-person and on the phone
  • Maintain and iterate Maze's standard reporting practices
  • Act as a point of contact for both internal and external clients


  • Ideally, 1-3 years of professional marketing experience, including exposure to Facebook Ad Network, Google Ads, and other paid advertising channels in the eCommerce space
  • Understand how digital marketing funnels function
