Your new roleWithin your role you will be working as part of a small tight knit team. You will assist with running the office including answering the phone and handling queries, you will monitor the inbox and respond to customer queries in a timely, professional manner. You will also help to ensure orders are processed and track the process. You will assist with some basic finance duties. You will also help in other departments as required. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed you will be IT literate and happy to learn bespoke systems. You will need great communication skills and be a team player that is happy to get involved in all areas of the business to meet demands.
