Job Description

Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain complete and general office files.Compose and type all correspondence and documents; Answer phones and greet tenants in a professional manner.Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.Assist in property inspections in order to assure adherence to established standards.Promote positive resident relations.Responds to resident issues and complaints.Conduct re-certification interviews with residents.Assist in completing income verification to ensure eligibility with government regulations, and all necessary paperwork on an annual basis and as needed for certification and re certification.Ensure compliance with all government, state and local regulations such as the the Federal Fair Housing Act.Knowledge of Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") rules and regulations that apply to property management a must.Perform other duties as assignedThe above statement and list is only intended to represent the essential job functions and general nature of the work being performed.
