Purpose: Join our team as a Sales Associate, where your friendly and accurate service will be key in helping customers find the products they need to complete their projects. You will contribute to a fast-paced and safe environment by ensuring sales departments are clean and well-stocked. If you have a passion for helping others and a desire to learn, we would love to have you on our sales floor. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Essential Job Functions:
- Engage with customers, inquire about their projects, recommend products, and create excitement around their purchases.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your assigned areas, ensuring they are shoppable and safe.
- Collaborate with management and team members to reach sales goals.
- Process transactions at checkout using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer refunds and exchanges according to company guidelines.
- Create price tags and merchandise signs and stock, tag, and display merchandise.
- Embark on your responsibilities in alignment with the company's core values.
- Understand and demonstrate compliance with safety processes.
- Answer phone calls according to company protocols.
- Be adaptable and ready to assist in various store areas as needed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Some positions may require forklift certification through training.
- Where permitted by law, using heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.
Working Conditions: This role may involve occasional exposure to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level is typically quiet to moderate.
Physical/Sensory Requirements: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects ranging from 20 to 60 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and bending are required.

- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pickup Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
