If you are skilled, committed and determined this job is for you, the Successful Business Development Executive will be working for a leading consulting firm with a unique goal to quickly improve the financial performance of its clients without impacting on their core business. They represent a wide international market network around the world. In the UK, our specific expertise is in the optimisation of Research and Development(R&D) Tax Relief and Credits, R&D grants, and HR support.
The Business Development Executives main responsibility is to generate new business accounts through face to face sales, telephone lead generation and networking; while being supported by a telesales team. Target markets are the SME sector as well as large national accounts.
An ideal candidate for the Business Development Executive role should have the following:
- 2 years field sales experience
- A natural sales ability you must be confident, articulate and can demonstrate your persuasive force.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Willingness to travel UK wide
Key Business Development Executive KPIs:
- 8 Self-generated meeting per month
- Attend 18 meeting per month
- Secure 6 new contracts per month
- Generated £420,000 per annum
