Large international client requires customer service assistant to manage the patient and hospital staff communications for non-urgent transportation of patients and ensure patient care is effective, understanding customer needs, assessing, and booking transport for patients who require hospital transport.

Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for Hospital Logistics Customers
To book patients transport via phone by following the appropriate eligibility criteria
Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective verbal communication
To ensure all bookings have been created correctly and make adjustments when necessary
To be able to sign post an individual to alternative options if they fail patient transport
To call patients prior to their appointments to ensure the bookings are correct

Enhanced DBS or willing to go through DBS process
Experience with dealing of patients
Excellent English language skills, verbal and written
2 year in a customer service role

Monday to Friday
10.00 per hour
Hours 08.00 to 17.00
And 1 week in 4 - 09.00 to 18.00
On-site Parking
28 days annual leave
Weekly pay on Friday's
