An award winning pediatric hospital is looking for a skilled Charge Nurse to lead their Crisis Stabilization Unit.

The Charge Nurse will plan, direct, and evaluate overall patient care and functions in assigned shift. The Charge Nurse will serve as a role model to positively influence culture and the work environment. The Charge Nurse will using professional nursing skills to promote patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses. They will be responsible for coordinating the activities of a particular shift and direct, organize, and assign work to the employees. The Charge Nurse will be in charge of assessing, monitoring, and supporting employees throughout the shift and facilitate direct patient care through coaching, delegation, and service recovery.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Must be willing to obtain and maintain NRP and PALS certification as determined by your manager
