Chef de partie required for a Hotel in the North Lake district area, with live in available if required. This is a fresh food kitchen with banqueting and a rustic style food offering in the restaurant area. UPTO £28K
The role
we are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background to run one of the sections in the kitchen. You will ensure your section is ready for service, prep your fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the normal chef de partie duties. They will also consider a senior chef de partie as well.
Experience
We are looking for a chef de partie with good knife skills, able to work on events and restaurant service and is of a chef de partie level.
