This well-established acute care hospital in Montana is actively searching for an experienced CNO to join its team.

As a CNO, you will be joining a thriving hospital that has been providing services to patients for over 80 years. The hospital maintains a wide variety of both inpatient and outpatient services for patients. These include general surgery, orthopedics, physical therapy, women's care, cancer care, and much more. As a result of the hospital's dedicated staff, the hospital has been awarded one of "Healthgrades America's 50 Best Hospitals".

The CNO will work closely with and be under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the CNO, it's essential to effectively communicate with multiple department Managers, Directors, and C-Suite Administrators. Weekly meetings with departmental leaders will be vital in order to ensure each department is functioning properly, meeting monthly goals, and following patient care guidelines. The CNO will be supported by a Nursing Director for each department and multiple Nurse Managers. The CNO will also meet with hospital Executives to ensure the facility is meeting the proper standards and each department is performing successfully for patients and staff.

The hospital's CNO will oversee various departments within the hospital, including but not limited to, the Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, Surgical Services, ICU, Education, and Med/Surg. The CNO will direct the fiscal budget for nursing administration in order to ensure each department is fiscally successful. This person must also ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are being met for each department. The CNO will also manage the staffing for the leaders of each department and assure that the nursing administration team executes optimal care daily while taking into account the hospital's Mission, Vision, and Values.
