As a Credit Control Assistant, you will to provide administrative support to the Credit Control team to assist the team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving/maintaining recovery performance targets.

Day to day, you will:
- Carry out data handling and customer service responsibilities
- Maintain professional and productive relationships within the Collections team
- Collate daily reports of data provided by agencies using excel spreadsheets
- Follow up daily reports with standard notification letters
