I am delighted to be supporting a returning client of mine with the recruitment of a CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MANAGER.
Whilst managing the Customer Services department team members and ensuring customers queries are resolved within the required SLA. The Team Manager will be responsible for driving performance and quality throughout the team, managing up to 15 team members. 1-2-1's, team meetings etc. You will also assist with the recruitment, induction and training of new members, provide coaching/support and more!
- Previous managerial experience within a customer service team
- Strong analytical skills
- Tech savvy
- Highly organised, strong planning skills and proficient with MS Office applications
