Customer Support Sales Associate

Pay Range
$16.75 - $20.65

Essential Job Functions:

• Engage with customers to understand their projects and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver outstanding service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked, clean, and safe.
• Collaborate with management and colleagues to meet sales targets.
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system for customer transactions.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Follow cash handling procedures conscientiously.
• Assist in creating price tags and properly displaying merchandise.
• Adhere to company core values in all actions.
• Comply with safety processes within the workplace.
• Answer phone calls following company guidelines.
• Support other store areas as needed.
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certification through F&D.
• Pursuant to state law, heavy equipment certification may require passing a drug test.

Working Conditions:

• The role may involve exposure to a warehouse setting and moving vehicles, with a noise level ranging from quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements:

• Capability to exert 30 - 60 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20-30 pounds frequently, and/or lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds continuously.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and bending are required.

Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pickup Hours:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
