Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of all areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping and mopping, to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle janitorial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high touch surfaces to promote health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness during scheduled shifts by following established cleaning procedures for commercial or residential environments. Support industrial cleaning projects when needed, utilizing specialized tools and techniques to handle larger or more complex cleaning tasks. Ensure all custodial activities comply with safety protocols and environmental standards to create a secure workspace for staff and visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work, preferably within commercial or residential settings. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and bending or kneeling as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Prior experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory.
