Job Summary:
The Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist plays a crucial role in diagnosing patients through the use of ultrasound technology. You will perform various ultrasound procedures, including abdominal, pelvic, gynecologic, small parts, Doppler studies, and interventional procedures, delivering quality images for radiologists and physicians. With a focus on individualized patient care, you will apply your understanding of growth and development to meet the unique needs of each patient, addressing their age-specific requirements. This position will involve performing procedures in different departments such as the O.R., I.R., and hospital inpatient units, with a 100% clinical focus.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Registered or Registry eligible - ARDMS/RDMS.
- Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Program.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining continuing education credits.
