As a Sales Associate, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by greeting our guests and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store. You will also assist the manager with daily operations and receive cross-training in various store areas, gaining invaluable experience for your career growth.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming all guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
- Operating the cash register with efficiency.
- Adapting to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
- Brewing coffee and stocking shelves, coolers, and freezers.
- Collaborating with teammates to uphold our high cleanliness standards.
- Contributing to our community-focused service by being available for guests at all times.
If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we would love to meet you! Previous experience in retail or guest services is a plus, but not mandatory.
Minimum Requirements:
- No minimum education required, although a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Preferred experience: 3-6 months in retail or guest service.
- Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
Desired Skills:
- Comfortable interacting with guests and team members.
- High energy and adaptability.
- Ability to work well in a team setting and assist others.
- Basic computer skills.
Scheduling: This position can be part-time (up to 29 hours) or full-time (30-40 hours). You will work various shifts including day, night, weekends, and holidays, as our locations may be open 24/7.
Physical Requirements: Applicants must be able to regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds. You should be able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day, and perform activities such as reaching overhead, bending, squatting, twisting, grasping, and working in cooler temperatures.
