As the ED Nurse Manager you will be a crucial leader in saving an abundance of lives in this home grown environment. Reporting to the Chief Nurse, the Nurse Manager will oversee a busy group department, with experts in Emergency Services, such as Certified Emergency Nurses (CEN) and Emergency Room / ER Technicians.

The ER Manager will lead financial operations by executing the budgeting process within the department, and ensuring that the unit's day to day operations go according to plan. Another key duty of the ED Nurse Manager will be to lead quality improvement and compliance initiatives throughout the unit. Clinically, this person will have the opportunity to mentor a strong and tight knit team of Nurses and Support Staff. This will include developing training materials and evaluating staff performance to maintain high quality patient care.
