Ashley HomeStore is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to fill the role of Furniture Sales Associate. In this position, you will engage with customers and help them find the perfect furniture, mattresses, and home decor by providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

COMPENSATION:

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Guide customers through their purchasing journey, providing direct support and collaborating with colleagues.
- Demonstrate effective closing techniques to secure sales.
- Accurately input customer and sales information into the point-of-sale system.
- Manage customer purchase documentation and track orders effectively.
- Maintain communication with customers post-sale.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute positively to the Sales Team to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Preferred experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Basic computer proficiency required.
- Friendly and professional attitude is essential.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and holidays.
- Must be able to work every weekend.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
