You'll also directly manage the pice de rsistance of withco - our deal funnel - and all of our sales / ops team members who "work hard, work smart" to make sourcing and closing thousands of small business real estate deals possible. You'll run internal operations to not only "keep the lights on", but also to define how we communicate, meet, and hold ourselves accountable as a growth-focused organization. You'll have access to withco's investors, advisors, and other key stakeholders and help lead the highest level strategy meetings to chart the company's immediate and long-term course. Your efforts will directly and increasingly bring to life our promise of making property ownership a reality for small business owners across America. ResponsibilitiesSet and manage company-wide OKRs and directly build and manage a team of sales, RE ops, and business operators to support and scale the deal processOwn the quality and quantity of the deal funnel by managing the overall strategy, process, conversion metrics, and team performance from sourcing to closing for our next 100 deals Partner with our Head of Engineering to construct scalable underwriting frameworks for various SMB and CRE deal combinationsRun internal operations including defining and overseeing operational best practices - OKR processes, meeting culture, 1:1s, team events, stakeholder comms, etc. - and "keeping the lights on" - vendor management, legal, finance, etc. Serve on the Management team and participate in the company's highest level strategy, operations, management, and Board meetingsRequirements6+ years excelling in high-octane roles at startups, consulting, government, finance, etc. - you are commonly referred to as "one of the best people I've ever worked with and for" Demonstrable track-record and references directly hiring and managing a minimum of 3 cross-functional team members to company-wide OKRs Strong cognitive reasoning and analysis skills with an ability to translate complex ideas and numbers into common sense insights; mastery of effectively communicating those insights through the right mediums - presentations, memos, spreadsheets, white boards, etc. Relentless, self-motivated organization that positively raises the bar for how (remote) work gets done matched by a deep intellectual curiosity and point-of-view on how cultivating culture creates high-performing teams Predisposition to communicate with clarity, conviction, and common sense "Perks"We think competitive salary & equity and generous perks are table-stakes for building a great company with great people.
