Job Description:

Primary relationship between the North and Latin American Partner Business Unit and Avasts partners for both Pre and Post technical sales support. Responsible for all daily technical sales activities with carriers and other partners, in supporting Avast Partner BU growth.

Work from Home during the pandemic and possibly beyond. After the pademic, ~2-4 days per month travel within Europe as well as travel locally to existing and new partners in your geographical area. Estimated travel 30% per month.

Support Avast teams as needed to ensure the success and growth of the Partner Business Unit as needed
Delivery of in house training and demonstrations of Avast Products to new team members and external Partners
Understanding of API integrations and assisting Partners with implementation
Ability to be a self starter and self motivated capable of
maintaining productivity and focus in a fast paced, demanding
environment that occasionally brings about shifts in tactical
priorities
Primary liaison to Product, Engineering, Finance and Customer
Success teams on behalf of the partnership
Understand the partners business, its overall market and
identify new opportunities for possible additional products and
services
Have a strong technical background including the fundamentals
of networking and theoretical knowledge of IP-networks and
network routing protocols
Minimum 5 years of Technical Sales experience / Solution
Selling
Experience with consumer mobile and desktop applications.
Understand the app ecosystem.
Experience in dealing with all levels of a customer organization
from C-Suite to technical and product teams and ability to shift
conversations accordingly
Assure and maintain technical quality of partner solutions where
possible
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Extensive
internal and external presentations required.
Comfort in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
A high energy personality with can-do attitude
Experience in providing value-added services to Telco/ISP/MSO operators.
Working understanding of the Internet security software and IoT market.
Basic technical knowledge and working understanding of how mobile apps operate in the app and play store ecosystems.
Proficient with Microsofts Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or Googles G-Suite Productivity Tools
1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in the computer science / information technology field
Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills in English, Spanish / Portuguese language skills are beneficial, not required
