Job Description

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting a global Insurance organisation on the recruitment of a Strategic HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

For this role you will need to have a strong background as a strategic HRBP influencing the SMT and ideally come from the Financial/Professional services sector.

This is a full HR Generalist role and you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team in supporting the business on strategic duties.

You will work closely alongside the Centres of Excellence to positively influence business decisions which result in a fair outcome that aligns with UK Employment law and the culture of the organisation.

The role itself is a very fast paced role dealing with change programmes, projects, supporting on senior level employee relations issues, senior level recruitment, coaching a developing the SLT, helping to embed the ED&I agenda and much more.

You will have/need:-

  • A number of years performing as an HRBP partnering with the Exec team
  • Experience in change management
  • Full HR Generalist background
  • Ability to influence positive outcomes at Senior Level
  • Experience of leading on projects and implementing these into the business
  • From a large complex matrix organisation working closely with the CoE
  • Experience of dealing with Senior ER cases
  • A number of years in either Financial or Professional Services
  • CIPD/Degree qualified

This role will be based out of London and offers hybrid working of around 2-3 days office 2-3 days from home.

The salary on offer is around the £75,000 with a generous bonus scheme and excellent benefits package.
