RGIS HR Communication and People Growth Manager

Location: UK / France - Mainly remote working but some travel may be required for meetings

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, 37.5 hours per week

RGIS are excited to be able to offer the new position of Communication and People Growth Manager (International). Reporting directly to the General Counsel (International), the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the company's future talent acquisition and people development requirements, and implementing a strategy to attract and retain the right candidates. They will share best practices throughout the organisation for the promotion of the Company's core values and successful recruitment.

The HR Communication and People Growth Manager's mission is to initiate, articulate, make a consensus, amplify values, norms, culture and goals with the organisation to make one single language.

Responsibilities

  • To improve business performance by creating an efficient talent acquisition strategy to enhance recruitment in smaller markets
  • To advise and work with HR and Country Managers on the best methods and practices of recruitment, staff retention and succession planning to sustain the Company's success
  • To plan regular employee performance reviews and feed back to the business
  • To implant a strong ESG criteria into business operations
  • To be an active member of the RGIS Health and Safety Committee which aims to ensure the health and safety of all employees, seeks to reduce the risk of accidents and protects RGIS' legal interests
  • To promote the RGIS Core Values throughout the business at all times and help to create a workforce working towards a common goal
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
  • Identifying and sharing training tools throughout the company seeking to create uniform practices in all markets where possible
  • Implementing and monitoring a whistleblowing platform available to all employees
  • Creating programs to attract, retain, develop and promote a diverse workforce
  • Creating and communicating internal publications on corporate culture and business strategy
  • To centralise employment contracts of senior management and ensure the data is securely stored and protected
  • Implementing and rolling out an automated tool for recording employee performance reviews
  • Create a fun and positive work environment
  • Organising and preparing the agenda for online Global Town Hall meetings to keep employees abreast of business developments
  • Conduct staff satisfactions surveys and analyse the results to improve retention and make RGIS a better place to work
  • To evaluate DMs (Direct Messages) as a recruitment process tool and implement in an effective manner in line with industry best practice

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent in English and working proficiency in French
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Experience of working in an organisation operating in different international markets
  • Experience of devising and implementing HR recruitment and strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including senior managers
  • An effective communicator with stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong IT skills and familiar with Microsoft office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) ad digital interest and experience
  • Degree or Masters level qualification in a relevant discipline
  • A proactive, organised and flexible approach to working
  • An innovator who can think outside of the box to solve issues to implement new strategies
