The ICU Nurse Manager will be joining a 300+ patient bed, community hospital located on a beautiful, recently renovated campus that that includes the latest and most advanced healthcare technology. The ICU Nurse Manager will be joining a 300+ patient bed, Level III Trauma Center that has been serving its surrounding community for over 75 years. This beautifully equipped hospital offers a wide array of impressive services including 24/7 Emergency Services, Cancer Care, Diagnostic Imaging, advanced surgical services, and more. This ICU Nurse Manager will oversee a state-of-the-art Critical Care department including 26 ICU beds, 60 Full Time Employees including Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other tenured healthcare professionals. The ICU Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with another ICU Nurse Manager and report directly to the Director of Critical Care Services and will be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, collaboration with over department leaders, and participating in direct care as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care is delivered. Prior leadership experience in the Critical Care Services will make for quick interviews!
