This hospital has a great reputation for providing a variety of inpatient and outpatient services including Emergency, General Surgery, and Diagnostic Imaging care. The Inpatient Nursing Director will lead Clinical and Administrative Nursing Operations in several high performing departments and have the opportunity to truly present their skills and knowledge toward creating a high quality hospital.
Reporting to the CEO, the Inpatient Nursing Director will be accountable for the quality and cost effectiveness of daily nursing services. Supported by a Medical / Surgical Nurse Manager, an ICU Nurse Manager, and an RN Manager of Perioperative Services, this Director will lead an established and high performing team. The Director will also lead and develop a phenomenal team of staff nurses to implement various plans and systems for the assurance of excellent patient care.
The Inpatient Nursing Director will work closely with Pharmacy and Laboratory Leaders, Outpatient and Clinic Operations leaders, transitional care leaders to pursue organizational objectives and synergy in achieving plans and problem resolution. The Inpatient Nurse Director is also expected to create, as well as enforce, compliant healthcare policies in accordance with the hospital's administrative team.
