Position Summary: As an Interventional Radiologic Technologist, you will operate advanced digital imaging equipment and assist in complex Neuro and Interventional procedures by ensuring patient positioning and preparing contrast media for diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. You will actively support physicians in patient diagnosis and treatment, requiring a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. Your role will involve working with chemotherapy agents, cements, and embolization materials. This is a purely clinical position that may require on-call duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program.
- State of Connecticut Radiographer license.
- ARRT certification in Radiography.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
