Keplr currently has over 200 practices in 30 states and is able to provide exceptional levels of clinical, operational, and marketing support with its more than decade-old business services platform. Keplr Vision is currently going through tremendous growth and expanding its IT department. We are seeking an ITTechnical Account Managerto join our IT Department. A Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible to build a collaborative trusted partnership with practices within your scope. This would be a person who can be both technical and wants to take ownership in the success of each of their practices in each region.

Role Responsibilities:
Actively partner with your given practices to increase our awareness of what the onsite needs are, answer technical questions they have, and communicate Keplr IT roadmaps
Develop a deep understanding regarding the IT stacks and modalities at each practice and be responsible for maintaining living documentation on each
Drive timely conclusion and follow-up with the help-desk team with the practice for tickets that have been opened.
Be the one responsible to make sure all KPIs are completed for each practice
Responsible for all the technical preflight, and post flight validations to ensure practice readiness as practices are migrated to the centralized practice management system in the cloud
Conduct monthly reviews of tickets to look for trends for process improvement and participate in monthly TAM group meetings
Partner with integrations team as needed when onboarding new practices in region
Travel to each practice regularly to continue to build bridges and meet practice needs
Take on additional Keplr strategic projects as needed Experience and Qualifications:
At least 5+ years of relevant experience
Previous TAM or customer-facing consulting experience
Strong technical generalist and able to troubleshoot possible issues with desktops, wireless, printers, VoIP, and Firewalls at a tier 2 level
Live in assigned region with travel up to 30%
