Lead Generation Executive - Remote
I am recruiting for a very exciting role, for a successful law consultancy firm, who work with SMEs across the UK. My client offers legal support, through their experienced in-house lawyers, at fantastic rates. They are a growing business! They are now looking for a lead generation executive, to set-up and support the sales manager with developing the department. Remote working, Salary 25k-30k.
This is great opportunity for someone who is up for a challenge with organising and setting up a new CRM database through heavy data arranging, before hitting the phones as the role progresses. Due to the exciting growth plans, you must a motivated individual with some experience in lead generation/inside sales within the B2B area, who can confidently support in finding, screening, and contacting prospects to create new sales opportunities.
What does the role look like?
As you will play a pivotal role in setting up and growing the sales department, you will start off by working with large quantities of data and organising the CRM database. You will then go on to identifying and developing new business prospects, from multiple sources including: LinkedIn, cold databases, website enquiries and referrals into qualified warm leads.
To check lists generated from a variety of sources to exclude any duplication with records on the CRM
To qualify these prospects to confirm that they match the target company profile (location, turnover, employee numbers, legal team size)
To research and add full contact details (including business name, telephone no, contact name and title) of prospects from external lists.
Using named external tools to source email addresses
Proactively seek new business opportunities by researching target companies that are recruiting lawyers
To support the creation of sales opportunities for Head of Sales by building relationships with prospects in target companies through email LinkedIn and telephone communications making initial cold calls as appropriate. This could include:
Making initial LinkedIn connection requests and doing the pre-call communications with the prospect
Checking LinkedIn daily to act on newly accepted connections and messages
Managing and maintaining a pipeline of prospects
Following the sales process for email communications
Implementing sector specific email campaigns
Implementing email campaigns to prospect lists
Making outbound calls
Managing inbound calls
Making timely responses to any questions from prospects
Experience of using the Sales Navigator tool within LinkedIn
Driven, motivated with a self-starter attitude'
Good understanding of the sales process
Experience working within a B2B sales role
Be within a 1-hour commutable distance to Reading, Berkshire
