Job Overview Full time (40 hrs/week). Maintenance role covering carpentry, painting, finishing, minor plumbing, and electrical. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and install heating, air conditioning, plumbing, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and their control systems. Qualifications At least 4 years of relevant maintenance experience. Technical or trade school graduate. 7 years of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience (preferred).
