Job Description

We are seeking a marketing professional to join the Commercial Banking - Commercial Real Estate marketing team and bring fresh ideas and perspectives. The ideal candidate will have an emerging marketing skillset built on flawless execution, but with exposure to strategy (client journey mapping, application of research/personas/segmentation, planning and analysis), messaging development (including value prop, RTBs, messaging frameworks and sales enablement), campaign design and execution management (ideation, development, execution and program management). This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-to strategic marketing campaigns/programs to build awareness, drive demand and increase client engagement for core and expanding Commercial Term Lending offerings. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate end to end multi-channel marketing campaigns, one-off marketing executions Partner closely with broader marketing team members to determine campaign goals and set target KPIs Partner with cross-functional partners to execute against line of business goals Support tactical collateral development, creation, and iteration Manage and enhance end-to-end paid search initiatives in partnership with internal resources Support expansion and integration of new product lines and initiatives through marketing strategy, planning, and execution Translate business strategy into digital campaigns and coordinate execution across channels Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual representation across marketing and sales materials Develop a strong aptitude for business objectives, and ensure digital strategy is strategically developed to guide clients and prospects along their buying journey-ultimately helping positively position the firm to build new relationships and generate revenue Partner with analytics team to track progress against goals; analyze metrics and make strategic recommendations for further program optimization Stay current on industry best practices and providing strategic guidance across all channels Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field required 3-5 years' experience in marketing, specifically campaign management and execution strategy, preferably in the B2B space Proven experience using metrics to drive program optimization Experience managing multi-channel campaigns Experience with product launches and go to market planning a plus, but not required Experience with paid search strategy and reporting a plus, but not required Ability to work independently with multiple partners to execute strategic projects and develop plans Ability to influence, use sound judgment, make informed decisions/recommendations and earn trust from multiple stakeholders Strong project management skills with strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills Critical thinker and team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as social media analytics (e.g., understanding measurement, benchmarks, campaign reporting Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit ; ability to work both independently and as a team memberJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
