Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals for the role of Material Delivery Associate. This position involves collaborating with our drivers to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of building materials to job sites, utilizing equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and conveyors, as well as handling materials manually.

Responsibilities:

• Load and secure materials on trucks daily and at roof drop locations.
• Follow oral and written directions effectively.
• Bend, reach, lift, and climb as needed to fulfill delivery duties.
• Work on multi-story buildings at various heights and pitches.
• Regularly lift materials weighing up to 100 pounds for extended periods.
• Ensure proper stacking and distribution of materials on roofs.
• Pay close attention to detail to prevent damage to materials and equipment during delivery.
• Interact respectfully with customers and personnel at delivery points and branch locations.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while performing duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or shine.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random substance abuse screening.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English or Spanish, as required by the branch location.
• General knowledge of roofing materials, construction, and distribution is preferred.
