Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical and Mechanical)

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading industrial manufacturing company in South Ayrshire who is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support high-volume production and facilities.

You will be responsible for mechanical, electrical and basic automation maintenance to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operation.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding on equipment across the factory, including - conveyors, process machinery, pumps and fans.
• Maintain efficient running of motors, drives, panels and instrumentation
• Planned and reactive maintenance across production and utilities
• Supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis
• Accurate CMMS reporting and safe working practices

Requirements

• Time-served apprenticeship in an Engineering discipline
• Experience working in a manufacturing or process environment
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Confident communicator and team player
