The Nurse Director Neuro ICU will be responsible and accountable for the overall operational, clinical alignment, financial and overall performance of Neuro Intensive Care Unit, providing strategic direction to meet the needs of the facility and regional market place. Responsibilities include strategic planning, business growth, budget management, staff development and be a service oriented and patient experience focused leader.
The Nurse Director Neuro ICU will have a Masters degree with at least 5 years experience in the area of concentration and 2 years experience in leadership.
