The Nursing Manager of Cardiac Telemetry Services will work with a Medical Center that is part of growing and expanding healthcare system. The Nurse Manager of Progressive Care Unit PCU will be part of a highly diverse team that thrives to providing comprehensive, excellent health care that is compassionate and attentive to all patients in the surrounding communities for over a century.

The Nurse Manager of Telemetry Services will be responsible for the twenty-four hour planning, organizing, directing and controlling of the daily operations and clinical practice of the Telemetry department. The Nurse Manager of Cardiology Telemetry Services will report directly to the Nurse Director of Acute Care Services and will be supported by Assistant Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses and 120 skillful staff nurses.

The Nurse Manager of Telemetry and Cardiac Step Down Unit Services will manage the team in order to provide quality individualized patient care to patients ranging from neonate to geriatric on the age continuum and support of the Medical Center's Mission, Strategic Plan, and Goals and Objectives.

The Cardiac Progressive Care Unit PCU Nurse Manager will assume fiscal responsibility for the unit budgets, serves as a liaison with medical staff and other personnel, promotes the maximum growth and development of each employee, supports nursing research and assures patient advocacy.
