In this Step-down Unit, as the RN Manager, you will utilize your effective communication skills and strong leadership skills to organize and prioritize the needs of this unit.

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for the clinical and operational oversight of the PCU as well as manage the staff. The 22-bed demonstrates passion for quality and safety by using the Pathway to Excellence and Magnet Model components.
