Office Administrator / Document controller
My client are a niche contractor in the façade conservation / restoration field and they are looking for an office manager/ document controller to join their growing company. This position will report in to the managing director.
This is an Office Manager role, which will involve aspects of HR, document control, marketing, some accounts and the daily management of the office. This is an amazing opportunity for you to work for a company that offer great perks and a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities; Manage all aspects of general office administration including maintaining and developing administrative systems and rolling out our new corporate branding File and retrieve company documents, records and reports and ensure all filing up to date and well-managed Keep company's website up to date Diary Management Managing office expenditure and reporting to accounts department Maintaining office fire procedures and health and safety Collating information, assisting with bid-writing and submitting ITT's
Key skills; Ability to manage a given list of tasks Attention to detail Ability to met deadlines and prioritise requests Problem solving A background office management, document control and marketing
