Job Description

Description

  • Obtaining and passing along daily mail
  • Arranging couriers in a timely manner
  • Greeting customers, guests, and reception
  • Regularly scanning, photocopying, and filing documents (file notes, post, etc.)
  • Setting up meeting spaces for seminars, conferences, and meetings; printing materials; and maintaining an attendance sheet
  • Organising monthly free meals for the office
  • Ensuring the proper operation of video conference systems, being in charge of VC / Teams systems, and working with the IT help desk to resolve issues
  • Monitoring changes to internal laptops and IT equipment, providing IT help desk support for IT hardware repairs, and managing stock
  • Weekly maintenance of stationery and IT stock and inventories
  • Ensuring that all printers and photocopiers have plenty of paper, and troubleshooting/communicating with copier companies
  • Office archiving system management
  • Petty cash float reconciliation at month's end
  • being prepared to serve as an Office First
