About the Role

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and facilitate smooth transactions in a fast-paced retail environment. Your focus on operational efficiency will help create a positive shopping experience for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assist them with product inquiries, and manage cash register operations with precision.
• Deliver prompt and friendly service, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Strive to exceed personal sales goals, including loyalty program enrollments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent execution of standard practices.
• Guide and train new team members on best practices and procedures.
• Participate in essential daily operations, including register balancing and supply replenishment.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with occasional lifts over 50 lbs using teamwork.
• Willingness to engage in various physical activities, including climbing, kneeling, bending, and reaching.
• Capability to stand or walk throughout your entire shift.
• Ability to see clearly to ensure product quality and safety compliance.

Compensation & Benefits
