Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Retail Sales Specialist, you'll embody and promote our core values at Stan's Merry Mart. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional sales and service within your assigned department and throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations: Collaborate with team members to ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
• Customer Service: Make customer service your top priority, assisting all shoppers regardless of department.
• Aid Customers: Help customers find products, answer inquiries, and promote Ace Rewards accounts.
• Inventory Control: Participate in processing shipments, maintaining organization in receiving and back stock areas, and ensuring accurate inventory counts.
• Communication: Follow daily operational goals set by management and actively participate in team meetings.
• Training: Assist in training new team members and complete necessary training for your department.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to learn about products and develop customer relationships.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
