Your Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and assist them in finding products and services, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Efficiently operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage various payment methods.
• Maintain accuracy and professionalism in executing all point of sale and customer service procedures as per company standards, delivering speedy service.
• Achieve individual performance goals related to credit and loyalty programs.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy by following required merchandise disposal practices.
• Help onboard and train new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with our brand standards.
• Participate in daily store operations, including cash balancing and supply replenishment.

• No previous retail experience needed; we welcome enthusiastic individuals.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a customer-facing retail or service role.

Your compensation will range from $14.00 to $20.20 per hour, depending on experience.
