Reporting to the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, and working closely with department leads, the Physical Therapist will join a department of skilled Rehab personnel. This dynamic, interactive, and skilled team will work closely with patient care technicians, physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists throughout the hospital.

The Physical Therapist will lead a department that sees a wide array of patient types. This department sees patients in need of different kinds of rehabilitation, from walking after an accident to speaking after a stroke. Using a team-based approach, the Physical Therapist will oversee both clinical and administrative activities for the department. The Physical Therapist will take a progressive stance on educating and mentoring the professionals in this crucial department. The Physical Therapist will also assist with administrative actions in the department, such as ensuring staff meet regulatory requirements for licensure and certifications.
