Location: YorkThis role is a new position in a fast-growing company based in York. The role is to work closely with the sales team and to guide developers through the company process and generate sales. This role also involves working closely with the General Counsel to meet the companies' targets.THE ROLE: Being the main point of contact for developers and managing the full process through to the signing of agreements.You will be required to manage multiple accounts at a time.Work very close with other member of the team to ensure both quality of service and consistency. Responding to and following up on enquiries.Assist the marketing team and ensure the CRM is up to date. THE CANDIDATE:The candidate must have experience in customer service or sales roles. The ability to multitask and work on multiple jobs at once whilst remaining organised and efficient. Preferably education is to degree level and experience of the planning system would be beneficial.
