Summary:

The Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic mammographic procedures to aid the referring physician in accurate diagnosis and treatment. You will operate advanced digital tomosynthesis mammography equipment and perform a variety of procedures, which may include x-ray and mammography with the potential to train in DEXA, stereotactic/needle localization procedures, and Contrast Enhanced Mammography.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
• CT State Radiographer's License required.
• ARRT (R) required - ARRT (M) preferred.
• Current x-ray and mammography experience is highly preferred.
• Acute care experience and experience with invasive procedures is strongly preferred.
