Job Description

Our client is a privately-held real estate investor poised to grow into a national leader in apartment ownership and management, with a plan to acquire 20,000+ apartment units and invest over $1 billion in the next 5-7 years.


The Residential Marketing Manager assists and supports the development, implementation, and execution of strategic marketing plans for the company's current and future residential brands to attain goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.


  • Create signage, mockups, digital promotions, e-mail, and social media campaigns
  • Generate and track leads from initial contact to conversion
  • Plan, promote, and facilitate all residential events
  • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
  • Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
  • Assist in deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for websites and blogs that attract and convert target groups
  • Maintain residential property websites
  • Monitor paid ad sites to ensure accurate information
  • Adhere to residential marketing budget
  • Examine website traffic and analytics and report on performance, changes, and ROI from ongoing web optimization
  • Set up Google Analytics accounts when needed and regularly review current accounts
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content on all social media platforms that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act
  • Create, edit, publish, and share graphics, images, promotional posters, postcards as needed
  • Create editorial calendars to generate organized content in a timely manner
  • Produce valuable content for original blogs and post to websites
  • Reach out to surrounding communities to generate new partnerships for the company's perks program
  • Maintains open communication with other Marketing Managers, VP of Residential Operations, Regional Property Manager, and all property managers
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of market and competitive properties
  • Attends and participates in training programs as requested
  • Work in conjunction with Commercial Marketing Manager when needed


  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong background and expertise in digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
