Retail Operations Leader

Overview:

The Retail Operations Leader will oversee all operational and personnel aspects of their assigned locations. This individual will supervise Team Members and/or leads while fostering a positive and enthusiastic working environment. This position will maintain open communication with Team Members, Lead Staff, Managerial Supervisors, and the Full-time management team to ensure seamless operations.

Lead, Supervisor, or Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Activities Include:

• Playing a key role in training and developing seasonal staff.
• Ensuring proper staffing levels through effective scheduling and regular follow-up with managerial supervisors and full-time staff.
• Implementing disciplinary measures as necessary to ensure adherence to park policies and procedures.
• Verifying that staff are adequately trained on register procedures and policies.
• Collaborating with Loss Prevention on POS and theft-related issues as they arise.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Retail Full-Time Supervisor and Retail Manager.
• Tracking inventory transfers, damages, and additional retail inventory data.
• Maintaining compliance with POS procedures by all staff members.
• Supervising the daily performance and training of all employees within the assigned area to ensure guest-first service and safety policies are consistently upheld.
• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations for assigned retail locations to maximize revenue while keeping costs within budget.
• Ensuring compliance with all corporate and park policies and procedures.
• Protecting and securing all assets, including equipment and retail stock.
• Executing various duties such as park setup, visual displays, and signage maintenance.

Pay Rate: $14.00 - $17.50/hr.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• 1 to 2 years of park experience; retail background is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to effectively identify issues and suggest solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to interact effectively at all management levels.
• Experience with handling registered transactions.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks successfully.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to walk and stand for up to 6-8 hours at a time. Applicants should be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and able to operate a motor vehicle.
