Job Overview

The Mobile Specialist role involves collaborating closely with our retail partners, representing AT&T in a store-within-a-store format. This position entails actively engaging with customers and effectively showcasing product benefits. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
• Engage with customers and present our products and services in a bustling retail atmosphere.
• Adhere to AT&T standards and prioritize compliance in every customer interaction.
• Establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers by offering personalized service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
