Position Summary: The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with customers while promoting a positive brand experience.

General Purpose: To ensure customer satisfaction, engage in community volunteerism, and contribute to the company's overall success for the benefit of employees and stakeholders. To embody our brand’s values by connecting with customers.

Role Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass all competency tests.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Ability to travel daily between various locations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Embrace and promote the company's culture through excellent customer relationship building.
• Complete all necessary financial and auditing functions using approved procedures.
• Maintain store equipment and ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Assist in recruiting quality team members.
• Ensure security and safety in all store operations, reporting any incidents promptly.
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and profitability through effective marketing and merchandising.
• Execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Nonessential Skills and Experience:

• 2-4 year college degree preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Reporting to This Position: No direct reports.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

May require standing for extended periods and working shifts up to ten hours. The role involves performing various physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to different temperatures. Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends, is necessary.
