Compensation Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will be in line with the required minimum wage and may exceed it based on various factors. Additional compensation includes potential annual and quarterly performance incentives, which can vary based on specific circumstances.
The Retail Services Coordinator will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, maintaining store appearance, and managing store operations. This role will take on shift management duties during the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the store team in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring team members execute on customer service initiatives effectively.
- Answer phone calls in accordance with company policies.
- Process online orders efficiently, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding shipment arrivals.
- Manage special orders and outside purchases according to company procedures.
- Handle retail customer returns and exchanges promptly and courteously, ensuring accurate processing of refunds and merchandise.
- Ensure all merchandise is invoiced accurately before it leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks effectively.
- Monitor team adherence to schedules and manage clocking in/out according to policy.
- Perform all opening and closing duties, including verifying deposits, securing the store and delivery vehicles, and managing security systems.
- Complete any other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Required: Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Desired: Retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive parts sector, knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
