Job Description
The Sales Representative/Management Trainee role is pivotal in executing all sales activities. In this position, you will manage the sales process from beginning to end. Your daily tasks will largely involve engaging with customers, sharing information about product benefits, and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. You are the face of the company, so building and maintaining long-term customer relationships is essential for hitting sales targets and representing the store positively, while also encouraging repeat business.
Your responsibilities include selling products and services, while assisting customers with their needs. You’ll deliver top-notch customer service by asking insightful questions to identify their needs, leveraging your product knowledge for suggestive selling, and recommending additional items that enhance their overall experience.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Customer service focus with solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service
- Assess customers' needs and provide tailored assistance and product information
- Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition
- Stay informed about product offerings to discuss available options
- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
- Manage multiple tasks while remaining attentive to customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to promote superior customer service
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Stock merchandise and assist in moving items as needed
