This position works in a highly collaborative environment leading one of our teams and managing a range of projects and clients. Current clients span B2C, B2B, and nonprofit categories.
This role will help us bring brands to life across a variety of marketing communication disciplines including, but not limited to brand strategy; customer experience and customer journey; advertising; digital and social media; traditional print media; video and broadcast media; and events.
Traditional client management experience is highly valued, and since our Account staff are our strategists (i.e. we do not have Strategic Planners) an emphasis will be placed on strategic aptitude and/or experience.
This position provides access to executive-level clients as well as senior level internal staff reporting to either the firm's President or Managing Director. This is a unique opportunity to take on a great deal of responsibility and grow quickly and professionally.
You will be responsible for leading and growing client engagements, building and nurturing client relationships, efficient project management, coaching and supervising a team, and client engagement planning and budgeting.
