As a Strategic Accounts Associate with Hines, you will assist the Strategic Account Managers in the day-to-day management of Broker-Dealer & RIA accounts and support the sales efforts and overall promotion of Hines Securities, Inc. (HSI). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Manage day to day relationship of select Broker Dealer and RIA firms
* Reach out to select Broker Dealers and RIA firms to obtain selling agreements as requested
* Ensure all Broker-Dealer & RIA files are maintained accurately and completely
* Maintain Strategic Accounts conference calendar as well as travel rotation calendar for Account Managers
* Obtain current HSI Products and competitor market share information on a quarterly basis for assigned accounts
* Produce AUM reports or other reports as requested for use by personnel at Broker-Dealer & RIA accounts
* Produce monthly or quarterly management reporting as needed
* Obtain and disseminate Broker-Dealer and RIA relevant information to sales team (e.g., advisor lists, leads, marketing intelligence, etc.)
* Serve as liaison between selling firm and HSI for purpose of resolving issues as necessary
* Maintain accurate information regarding Broker-Dealers & RIAs in
* Document all activities and information within
* Execute recurring marketing plan for all firms (e.g., mass emails, Drip mail campaigns, product updates, promo mailings, conference calls, etc.)
* Acquire leads and stay abreast of industry trends
* Partner with the Events Manager while planning Broker-Dealer/RIA and HSI events
* Serve as the administrative support function for the Account Managers
* Attend select conferences and meet with firm contacts as needed


Minimum Requirements include:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or High school diploma plus equivalent experience
* Preferred financial service industry experience
* Series 7 and 63 licenses required within approved time frame
* Self-starter with a positive attitude who can effectively operate in a highly team-oriented and collaborative environment
* Able to think strategically, provide direction, be an effective communicator, influence others and have a strong work commitment
* Demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn while ensuring that all deadlines are met
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in SalesForce, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Zoom
* Candidate needs to excel in multi-tasking, be detail-oriented, and have excellent time management skills
* Must be highly organized and able to work independently and follow instructions
