Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Subcontract Administrator. Responsibilities Develop subcontracts, work statements, and terms and conditions for procurement of services supporting development, production, and global sustainment across multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages for review. Prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Must be a U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Desired Skills Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong analytical skills. Security Clearance This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret. Compensation Annual base salary range in California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $47,000 - $82,915.
